All campers, excepting youth aged children, must be 21 years old. Age will be verified upon check-in. Should you not meet the age requirement your reservation will be cancelled. Normal refund policies will then apply.
Open containers are allowed within the confines of the Camp. Devils Backbone assumes no responsibility for the consumption by you or your guests, and you agree to comply with all county and state laws and regulations including the minimum legal drinking age.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm, Check-out is 11:00 am. Extensions may be available but must be approved by manager in advance. Please call or email to request an early check-in or late check-out.
All campers must check in at the Brewpub upon arrival.
Fires are only permitted within the confines of the fire pits at each site and within the group fire pits where permitted. Fires are not permitted anywhere else on property.
Fireworks and sparklers are not allowed anywhere on the Devils Backbone Property.
Generators are permitted. They may not be operated during Quiet Hours and must not exceed 60 decibels at 50 feet at all times.
Golf carts are permitted but must remain on paved or graveled roads at all times. No other type of off-road vehicle is permitted. No drivers may be under 16 years of age. Owner is responsible for any damages and must be insured.
Devils Backbone is not responsible for any accidents, injury or illnesses that occur on the premises or its facilities, and is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all occupants are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise, and will indemnify Devils Backbone for the same.
Noise Ordinance/Quiet Time
Quiet time should be respected from 10:00 pm–9:00 am.
At any time of the day, if the noise from your site is disturbing guests in other sites we will ask you to lower the volume. If you must be asked repeatedly to lower your volume, we reserve the right to remove you from the camp ground.
Pets are allowed at the Devils Backbone Camp but must be on a leash at all times, no exceptions. Maximum leash length is 8 feet.
Right to Remove
Devils Backbone Camp reserves the right to require any guest to vacate the camp if their activities or attitude is deemed inappropriate or disruptive. No refunds shall be given.
Please do not use any biocides in treating your septic tank while at Devils Backbone Camp. They can kill the beneficial organisms we rely on to process waste.
Smoking is NOT allowed in the building(s) or public spaces, but is permitted within your own site. Please be respectful of discarding tobacco products and your neighbors.
Above all, we hope that you have fun, respect your neighbors and clean up after yourselves.
